phylum Chordata Yingabalanara is an extinct genus of mammal from the Neogene of Australia. Known remains are a handful of molar teeth, which suggest ambiguous affinities with either the tribosphenids or perhaps monotremes. The genus name is from a Wanyi word meaning "two moons," referring to double crescents on the occlusal surface of the molars.
