Dan LoRusso was a North American professional sculptor that developed several prehistoric figures for [[Safari Ltd]] lines, namely the [[Safari Ltd Carnegie Collection|Carnegie Collection]]. LoRusso was  also responsible for half of the [[Battat]] Dinosaurs made in cooperation with the Boston Museum of Science. Later some of these sculpt were rehissued under Battat Terra line and more LoRusso sculpts were added in a series known as Dan LoRusso Collection™.

Dan LoRusso was a North American professional sculptor associated with The Dinosaur Studio, along with his frequent collaborator, Greg Wenzel. LoRusso contributed to several prehistoric figure lines in the 1990s, most notably Safari Ltd's Authentics Habitat Collection (Dinosaurs III) line. LoRusso's Authentics sculpts have been re-issued in numerous subsequent lines, incdluding Safari's Mini Carnegie Collection and various prehistoric animal Toobs. LoRusso, along with Wenzel, sculpted all of the dinosaur figures for Battat's Museum of Science Dinosaur Collection.
