Play Visions

Play Visions is a US maker founded in 1990. They have produced lines of small tube sized figures as well as others in the past. In 2005 they acquired the Cascade Toys company, and in 2007 they acquired Club Earth and continued those series of lines. Figures are marked with the letters PV inside a circle.
