Joy Toy was started by Seymour Arenstein one of the original owners of Lido in 1973. He recast from the remaining Lido molds including farm animals and also purchased the molds from Ajax including the Ajax dinosaurs. They also produced recasts of the dinosaur series known from Nabisco cereal premiums. Joy Toy was sold to Strombecker in 1990.
