Barclay Manufacturing Company

Barclay was a major US toy soldier maker from 1924 until 1971 when they closed. The figures they made were of hollow cast lead alloy and in a size known as Dimestore.

In the 1990s a new company The Barclay Company bought the trademark and is making recasts of old figures, the only animal so far is the sleigh horse.
